Winsome Williamson

I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2013, earning my Property & Casualty license in 2015 and adding my Life & Health license the following year. Over the years, I’ve worked on every side of the business—from front office to back office—which has given me a well-rounded, real-world understanding of how insurance truly works for clients.

For the past 6+ years, I’ve served as Director of Operations, overseeing daily operations while remaining deeply involved in customer service, sales, marketing, retention, policy writing, renewals, and servicing personal, commercial, and life insurance accounts. I’ve also led staff training, conducted meetings with carrier representatives, and managed the acquisition of new carrier appointments.

My strongest area of expertise is commercial insurance, particularly trucking. Trucking has been part of my life since birth, and I’ve also owned and operated my own trucking company—giving me firsthand knowledge of the risks, challenges, and realities business owners face.

At my core, I’m a helper, a fixer, and a life consultant. I focus on what my clients truly need, even if I’m not always their best option. My priority is always to put people first, educate them, and provide honest guidance so they can make the best decisions for their situation!
